Donations

As a non-profit organization, we rely on donations to fund our programs. In general, donations are non-refundable. However, if you made an error while making your donation (e.g., incorrect amount or duplicate donation), please contact us within 2 days of the transaction. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Event Tickets & Merchandise

If you have purchased tickets for an event or items from our online store, please refer to the specific event or product page for applicable refund terms. Typically:

Event tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event, unless otherwise stated.

Merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if it is defective or damaged. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
